Sensors
Vibration Sensors are mounted on key areas of the truck that will allow the technician to take readings while driving down the haul road sitting in the cab with the operator.
This PDM truck kit increases the integrity and quality of data collected on these complex trucks along with significantly reduce the down time needed to collect the vibration data required for a successful predictive maintenance program. The total truck downtime for one test is approximately 15-25 minutes.
Reporting
The data is collected onsite by our data collection technicians. The data is then sent to our company headquarters where the Vibration Analysis Team analyzes the collected data and will return a detailed vibration analysis report back to mining personnel. Our ISO category II analysts have years of experience looking at data from these trucks and will be able to get the information back in the hands of maintenance in a matter of hours if needed.
